Kashi Darshan with Sarnath

Pickup from the Hotel to start the Kashi Darshan same day tour in Varanasi. We start with the most religious temple of Varanasi – Kashi Vishwanath Dham – one of the 12 jyotirling in India.
Later cover other fabulous temples like Annapurna Temple – Goddess of Food. Tulsi Manas Temple – Place where Goswami Tulsi Das wrote Ramcharita manas, Sankat Mochan (Hanuman temple), Durga Temple (Monkey Temple), New Vishwanath Temple or Birla Temple in B.H.U & Bharat Mata Temple.
Note – Most temples close from 12 to 3 PM.
Later we will have lunch en-route and drive towards Sarnath – Place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples in Deer Park. The attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha temples, the Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa and the Archaeological museum .
Note – Museum is closed on Friday.
In the evening we will have a boat ride on the Ganges which will cover all the famous Ghats of Varanasi. It is a mystical and spiritual experience as you watch people doing their rituals and devotees taking holy dip in the Ganges. See the Manikarnika ghat where people perform the last rituals of life “Cremation”. Later cover other famous Ghats of Varanasi via boat like Assi Ghat , Harishchandra Ghat, Man Mandir Ghat, Tulsi Ghat and many more.
Later from the same boat experience one of the most memorable moments of your life, as you will get a glimpse of the spiritualism – Ganga Aarti at the Ganga Ghats (riverfront) .
Note – Mostly Ganga Aarti is performed after sunset so the timing may alter with seasons about 30 to 45 min.
